“Peace Meal” Picnic for Human Rights Profiles Human Rights Abuses in Philippines

On August 14, 2011, ILPS-Canada member organizations Migrante (B.C.) and Canada-Philippines Solidarity for Human Rights held a picnic in Vancouver, B.C. to raise awareness for the forced disappearances and extrajudicial killings in the Philippines, which have only continued under the present Aquino regime.  Here is some Youtube footage from that event:
